Our ELV depollution and recycling training programmes are designed to ensure that workers at authorised treatment facilities have the skills required to safely depollute and recycle all types of end-of-life vehicle.
At ELV Training, our aim is to ensure that all ELVs are safely and properly disposed of. We want to make sure that treatment facilities are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to safely and lawfully depollute and recycle all vehicles.
For this reason, we have developed our series of detailed, easily accessible training programmes.

Our data shows how necessary it is for more ELV recycling to become more widespread if the UK is to keep up with current targets.
With the sale of petrol and diesel cars and vans set to be banned in 2030, and with environmental concerns increasingly at the forefront of people’s minds, it is envisaged that the market for vehicles powered by fossil fuels will start to fall. This means that those working in ELV depollution and recycling can expect to see a rise in the number of vehicles being processed.
We currently offer 28 training courses, and two qualifications, aimed at educating workers to process ELVs competently and proficiently. Plus, with more courses in development, and our commitment to keeping up to date with industry advancements, you can count on ELV Training to provide effective programmes that are consistently reviewed and updated.
